The app

Workout Plan drafts training Plans, logs your Sessions and shows how Exercises are performed. Some features are Premium; during Early Access they are free for everyone, and they may become paid later. We will tell you before anything you use starts to cost money.

Your account

Keep access to your email or Google account safe: whoever controls it can sign in as you. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Train safely

Workout Plan is not medical advice. Plans come from fixed rules, not from a professional who knows you. Check with a doctor before you start training, especially if you have an injury or a health condition, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.

Your data

What you log stays yours. We use it only to run the app for you, as the Privacy Policy explains.

Fair use

Don't misuse the app: don't try to reach other people's data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Exercise images are used under Creative Commons licenses and credited on each Exercise. Videos belong to their creators on YouTube.

No guarantees

We work to keep the app available and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for injuries from training.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; if the change matters, we will tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Questions? Send them through the feedback form in the app.
